Our programme of events for April 2010 to October 2010.

NOTE:
All walks meet at Lees Library. 'A'  'B' 8.50am for 9-00am start, 'C' 9-50am for 10-00am start, unless otherwise stated in the proMap refamme. Most 'C' Walks are from a different venue to 'A'  'B'. Please check starting point before setting out.

'A' Walks can be over 11 miles long and more strenuous than 'B' and 'C' Walks
'B' Walks are usually between 8 and 10; miles long and are taken at a more moderate pace
'C' Walks are rarely more than 6 miles long and the pace is much more leisurely

Note:

  1. Map references, when quoted, are for guidance only, please contact leader or go to Lees if unsure of car park.
  2. Tickets for Social events to be paid for on receipt.
  3. At the end of a walk will members receiving lifts in cars, or travelling by coach PLEASE take off your boots BEFORE getting into the vehicle and place them in a suitable container, e.g. Carrier bag.
  4. Tony Wheeldon (Walks Committee Chairman) has a library of various maps which are available to any club member on request.
  5. The club recommends that a donation of 5p per mile should be made to drivers by passengers.
